i am using MRT 3.95 with a dongle
if you do not have a dongle
you can use MRT 3.19 working without a dongle
power off your Vivo y91c mobile
download and install mtk USB driver given link below
open MRT tool
select Vivo tab
select model y91c
port auto
Click start
connect your Vivo y91i mobile to computer
without pressing any key
after process done
remove USB cable
for frp vivo y91c
click erase FRP
Click start
connect again your Vivo y91i mobile
if you see like below you are done
Disconnect Mobile...
re-input Mobile Battery...
then connect USB to the computer....
Make Sure Your Mobile has power...
