Download & Extract the SP Flash tool & account bypass Files on your pc
Install the latest Mediatek USB Driver on Your computer. and Run as admin SP Flash tools
Click download agent and locate the DA File file from mi account remove the file
Click on chose to scatter File and locate the scatter File from mi 9a account remove file
it will automatically load supported files, just connect your switched off Phone to a computer by Pressing the volume up & down key together
select format menu and mark click format flash
copy paste the below address according to your requirement

Go Here Click Forgot, under Login details on your redmi 9a mobile
Insert your Registered SIM on another smartphone Phone.
on The Forgot Page type Registered Number.
then click on forgot.
Wait Until You Receive Forgot Link.
When You Receive Forgot Link Click on the Link open it in the Browser type New Password Click Change and then Go back to the locked Phone and log in with your new password.
