first, download mtk Mediatek driver

then download and install miracle 2.82 latest workings without a dongle

open miracle 2.82 free tools run as admin

on the mtk-service tab click format

select 8 boot

select model Nokia 3

uncheck safe mode

check auto and advance FRP

Click start button

if ask backup click no

now power off your Nokia 3 ta-1032 

connect USB to your phone (by pressing the volume down key)

it will detect your phone

when the popup box open

just click user data and FRP 

click ok

if you see like this you are done
