on the mtk-service tab click format
select 8 boot
select model Nokia 3
uncheck safe mode
check auto and advance FRP
now go to a custom setting
tick da and preloader
select da and preloader file you already downloaded
Click start button
if ask backup click no
now power off your Nokia 3.1 Plus TA-1118 Pattern password Frp Pin unlocked mobile
connect USB to your phone (by pressing the volume down key)
it will detect your phone
when the popup box open
just click user data and FRP
click ok
if you see like below just unplug USB and power on
