Click Yes when prompted.
Type bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF and PRESS enter KEY
Restart your computer.

RESTART YOUR WINDOWS 7 
WHEN RESTARTING YOUR PC PRESS CONTINUOUSLY
F8 
WHEN YOU SAW  ADVANCE BOOT OPTION 
JUST SCROLL DOWN WITH ARROW KEY TO DISABLE DRIVER Signature Enforcement AND PRESS ENTER

BUT the SECOND METHOD IS BETTER THAN the FIRST METHOD

FOR WINDOWS 8 AND 10 THERE IS 2 METHOD
First, you need to go Enter Troubleshoot
