first download mtk driver
then download and install miracle 2.82 workings without dongle
open miracle tool
on the mtk-service tab click format
select 8 boot
select model Vivo y83
uncheck safe mode
check auto and advance frp
Click start button
now power off Vivo mobile
connect USB to your phone (without pressing any key)
if you see like below just unplug USB and power on
