sign to your AdSense account
on the menu
click ads for search
custom search engines
click new custom engines

 then click 

 access more advanced search feature
ill the setup under the basic (watch the video tutorial full here)
enable monetize (turn on) under ads (watch the video here)

on the look and feel tab 

select google hosted selected windows
Click get code under setup basic
copy the code 

 go to blogger layout
Click add a gadget where you want google custom engines

 add HTML javascript
paste and save
you are done
